At Hilton Lodge we pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide. We are regulated with the Care Inspectorate for 20 Residents.

We look after physically and mentally frail elderly Residents who require 24-hour Nursing Care. There is wheelchair access from the car park at the rear of the house and at the side and the front of the house.

At Hilton Lodge we are staffed 24 hours per day with Registered Nurses to ensure all of our residents needs are met to the required standards at all times. Our residents will have a comprehensive individualised care plan drawn up in consultation with the residents and family as appropriate. This care plan information helps us ensure that we are looking after the residents needs whilst ensuring independence and choices are maintained.

At Hilton Lodge we assign a named nurse and key workers to each resident to provide a point of contact for families which is very helpful for discussion or aspects of care and reviews. Our highly motivated staff, many of whom have been with us for many years, help to contribute to the family atmosphere we have at Hilton Lodge while also contributing to great continuity of care for our residents.

The house has undergone major refurbishment over the last few years. Each fully furnished bedroom is equipped with a variable height profiling bed, nurse call point, phone point, TV/DVD and a Sky TV connection point. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Residents are encouraged to bring their ornaments, pictures and small pieces of furniture to ensure their bedroom feels homely.

Any decisions or plans that may affect any aspects of the residents lives are brought forward to our quarterly residents committee meetings and newsletters for discussion and planning to promote inclusivity into the home life.
